Minimum Daily Tariff: The minimum daily tariff fixed by the Royal Government of Bhutan for all tourists visiting Bhutan are:
*Below are the costs for 3 or more pax traveling to Bhutan:
High season rate: USD$200 per person per night.
Regular season rate: USD$165 per person per night.

The above does not include onetime fees of USD$10 towards Tourism Development Fund and visa fees of USD$10. However,the above minimum daily tariff includes the following:
1. Food
2. Licensed guide
3. Entrances fees
4. Trekking charges
5. Other logistical arrangements
6. Accommodation in tourist standard hotels.
Surcharge:
Surcharge for groups of two or less: Surcharge apply for a group of two of USD$30 each per night Surcharge apply for an independent traveller of USD$40 per night - This is in addition to the above daily tariff.
Cancellation Charges:
Within 30 days of start of the tour program - Nill
Within 21 days - 10% of the rate
Within 14 days - 15% of the rate
Within 7 days - 30% of the rate
Less than 7 days or cancellation without notice - 50% of the rate
After arrival in Bhutan - 100%
This is as per the “Tour Operators Regulations 1999?

Discounts:
1. Children upto 5 years will not be charged.However, children between the ages of 6 - 12 years accompanied by the elders/guardians shall be given 50% discount on daily basis
2. A 25% discount will be given to students holding valid identity cards from their Academic Institutions given that the students are below 25 yea11rs of age.
3. 50% discount on daily basis will be given to one person in a group of 11 to 15. For a group exceeding 16 persons, one member will get 100% discount on daily rates.
4. For halts between 10 and 20 nights, a discount of 10% on daily rates will be given and 20% discount on halts beyond 21 nights.
